The Wheel Of Karma

Do you believe in Karma? Do you think that your actions in past lives have influenced your present life? Are past life problems creating hurdles in the path of your success? Whenever you talk of Karma, the list of questions is huge. This is one of the most debated topics in the history of Vedic astrology. Karma Jyotish on the one side argues in favour of Karma, while modern logical scholars deny it. Though, they accept it or not Vedic astrology has promoted this thought throughout its journey.

Meaning of Karma

According to Google dictionary Karma means ‘the sum of a person’s actions in this and previous states of existence, viewed as deciding their fate in future existences’. A simpler explanation is good or bad luck, viewed as resulting from one’s actions. Therefore, you see that Karma is an account of our violent acts as well as kind acts that comes back to us as good or bad fortunes.

Karma does not have a specific timeline. You can face the results of your Karma in the same lifetime or the next lifetime or maybe several hundred years later. Nonetheless, it will get back to you in equal proportions at some point in time. Hence, Karmic astrology is the study of the Karma, through the observation of planets and stars at the time of your birth. The positions of the planets at the time you stepped on the earth answers all your questions about yourself and your life – why you are the way you are and why you act the way you do.

Not only that Karma can be corrected through astrological studies. It will resolve you past life situations, and help you start fresh.

Your Karmic Path

Karmic Path is actually the path you choose to fulfill the purpose of your life. It can be a path of self-discipline and spirituality. In addition, it can be a path of love and harmony with oneself. In this path, you accept yourself and people around you the way they are. Besides, you give up blaming and finding fault in others.

According to Vedic scholars, there are seven Karmic paths – No path, Beginning Path, Intermediate path, Balanced Path, Harmonious Path, Force-of-will path, and Bodhisattva Path. The choice of Karmic path determines your Karma when your soul gets reincarnated. A Harmonious path is one where you should understand the fact that your actions have equal and opposite results and hence be careful that such actions should not take place. Fore-of-will path is treaded by priests and saints who give up every comfort to walk the path of spirituality.
