Keven Undergaro (born November 18, 1967) is the creator of online broadcast network AfterBuzz TV as well as being a writer and producer for film and television.Undergaro was born into a working-class family in Medford, Massachusetts, and as a youth showed more interest in video games, comic books and movies and television than school.Undergaro is a graduate of Saint Anselm College and majored in history. He was not ready to commit to a regular career however, and his creativity led him to aspirations to work in Hollywood. He worked as a carnival worker on east coast in the summer to finance trips to Los Angeles to work as a television writer in the winter. He worked 20 hours a day seven days a week as a ‘carnie’ and sometimes slept under trucks. During those Los Angeles trips he became head writer of MTV’s Singled Out.After working for MTV, Undergaro decided to make an independent film, which in turn left him bankrupt and homeless, not to mention out of the Hollywood game.
Maria Menounos ( born June 8, 1978) is an American entertainment reporter, television personality, professional wrestler, author, actress, and businesswoman.Menounos was born in the Boston suburb of Medford, Massachusetts,to Greek immigrant parents Costas and Litsa Menounos, who came to the United States prior to her birth, and worked as janitor in a Boston nightclub.Menounos attended the Dormition of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church in Somerville, Massachusetts. She also attended Medford High School in Medford.In 1995, Menounos began to compete in beauty pageants. The following year, she won the title of Miss Massachusetts Teen USA, and she competed at Miss Teen USA where she placed in the top 15, receiving an honorary mention, during the preliminary competition. Menounos placed 13th in preliminaries. She competed for the title of Miss Massachusetts USA 2000, and was the first runner-up.Menounos attended Boston’s Emerson College, where she participated in the organization Emerson Independent Video. She graduated from Emerson in 2000.

Undergaro, who said his “I dos” to the former E! coanchor in a live, on-air ceremony on New Year’s Eve in 2017, was by Menounos’ side long before her rise to fame — she told Yahoo in December 2018 that “it was love at first sight” when she met her man as a 19-year-old college student. Two decades later, they got engaged.
“When I first met Maria, I had never met anyone like her,” Undergaro says about the short time he spent making a film in Boston, where he worked alongside Menounos. “When we said goodbye it was very emotional, even though we had only known each other for a few days. We both wanted to cry, and we didn’t know why.”
